Knowing where you are positioned is crucial to how you show up. When you're a part of the team, you're at the table, your voice is valued, and you as well as a contributor to decisions being made. When you're a part of the process, you are just receiving instructions from those who sat at the table. When you understand the difference, you know how to show up, and not be discouraged.
