Authentic leadership is not always about making changes to your leadership style, it's more about "connecting" your leadership style with the "learning style" of your team.  When you genuinely connect, you can begin leading with authenticity which will in turn build or improve employee morale.

In this keynote or workshop I share with leaders, professionals, and purpose-driven people to take a bold inventory of their emotional intake. Based on her book The Life Diet 365-Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of You™, this session explores how the people, places, and things in our lives either fuel or drain us—and why pretending everything is “fine” is no longer sustainable.
